Production Finishing Associate
Job Location : Sonoma, California
Pay Rate : $20-$21 / hour
Job Type : Permanent
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 2pm-12 : 30am
Description of Position :
A local label printing company in Sonoma is seeking a detail-oriented Production Finishing Associate to join their team. The role primarily involves operating rewind and finishing equipment to inspect and complete labels to meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities include collaborating with senior press operators, setting up equipment for finishing, and ensuring the quality of labels produced aligns with order requirements.
This role requires the ability to understand color differences, handle equipment efficiently, and pack finished products for shipment.

Experience Required :
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- While the company provides on-the-job training and courses, experience in flexographic printing is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to discern color differences (color blindness test may be required).
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, change heavy rolls (up to 50 lbs.) with lift assist, and lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
- Capable of bending, stooping, squatting, or reaching as needed.
